What a session looks like
Before
You'll complete a brief questionnaire so we can get the most out of our time together. No other preparation needed. No spiritual background required. Just a willingness to be present.
During
We connect via live video call for 30 to 50 minutes. I actively listen to what you share about the different domains of your life: health and body sense, relationships and intimacy, business and finances, and your impact on the world.
I decode the specific energetic recipe that allows your current life experience and physical reality to occur. Together, we bring awareness to these patterns, and through that awareness, shifts happen in real time.
After
Many people notice changes immediately. New clarity. A sense of lightness. Situations that felt stuck begin moving. Not because you "did" anything different, but because the energetics changed.
