Domain 1: Health and Body Sense

Your body is an energetic system. This is easy to say and harder to truly grasp, because we've been conditioned to think of the body as a machine that needs fixing when it breaks.

But every sensation, every pattern of tension or ease, every experience of vitality or depletion reflects the energy available to your system. Your body isn't broken when it's tired, inflamed, or in pain. It's communicating. It's showing you what the energetics look like in this domain.

When energy increases and becomes coherent, the body naturally self-organises toward greater function. Not because you forced it with a new supplement or a stricter routine, but because that's what living systems do when they have sufficient access to energy. They organise. They heal. They express more of what they're capable of.

Domain 2: Relationships and Intimacy

All of these are shaped by the energy you bring and the energetic recipes running between you and others.

Most relationship advice focuses on communication techniques, attachment styles, or boundary setting. And those things matter. But if the underlying energetics haven't shifted, you'll find yourself applying the techniques perfectly and still not getting the depth of connection you actually want.

This domain goes beyond career or contribution. It's about the energetic signal you transmit. How your presence influences everything and everyone around you.

You've met people who walk into a room and something changes. The conversation gets better. The tension eases. Ideas start flowing. That's not charisma in the traditional sense. That's energetic coherence. That person is transmitting a signal that other living systems respond to.

When you're energetically coherent and aligned with your nature, your impact multiplies naturally. You don't have to push your message or fight for attention. The signal does the work. People feel it. Circumstances respond to it. The world reorganises around it.

These four domains don't exist in isolation. That's perhaps the most important thing to understand. A shift in one area ripples through all the others.

When your health improves, your relationships deepen. When your relationships deepen, your business flourishes. When your business flows, your sense of impact expands. When your impact expands, your body feels more alive.
