How I Found AlchemE®: My Story

I grew up in Australia with the kind of life that looked, from the outside, like it had everything sorted. I had a business degree, a career path, and the kind of drive that meant I was always doing something, always building, always improving. I was not unhappy. But I was restless in a way I could not explain.

I tried what most driven people try. I read the books. I did the courses. I went to the retreats. I built routines and optimised my mornings and tracked my habits. Some of it genuinely helped. But there was always this sense that I was circling around something I could not quite reach. Like standing at the edge of something vast and knowing the view existed, but not being able to see it clearly.

Finding NetworkSpinal

The first crack in the ceiling came through my friend Amel. She introduced me to Dr. Christopher George, a NetworkSpinal® practitioner. I did not know what NetworkSpinal was. I showed up because someone I trusted said it changed her life, and I was curious enough to try.

That first experience on the table was unlike anything I had encountered. I felt things move in my body that I did not know were stuck. I breathed in ways I had not breathed in years. Something in my nervous system began to reorganise, and with it, something in my life began to shift.

I kept going. The changes were not just physical. My relationships began to feel different. My sense of what I wanted from my career started to clarify. I was not adding new strategies. I was dropping things that were no longer necessary. The effort was leaving and something more natural was taking its place.

The AlchemE® Discovery

Through the NetworkSpinal community, I learned about Donny Epstein and EpiEnergetics®. When I first encountered AlchemE®, I did not fully understand what it was. The language was unfamiliar. The concepts felt both intuitive and impossible. But I recognised the feeling. It was the same feeling I had been chasing through every personal development programme I had ever done, except this time, instead of being told what to do, I was being shown what was already there.

AlchemE® sessions were different from anything I had experienced. There was no diagnosis, no plan, no homework. There was a conversation. And in that conversation, I could suddenly see the energetic patterns that had been running my life without my awareness. Not intellectually, as in someone explained them to me. Experientially, as in I felt them shift in real time.

I remember a session where I was talking about a pattern in my relationship that kept repeating. The Mentor did not give me advice about communication or boundaries. Instead, they helped me see the energetic recipe underneath the pattern. It was like someone turned on a light in a room I had been navigating in the dark. The pattern did not need to be fixed. It needed to be seen. And once it was seen, it changed.

Becoming a Mentor

The decision to train as an AlchemE® Mentor was not a career move. It was a calling. I had spent years in health coaching, and while that work had value, I kept running into the same limitation: I could give people excellent strategies, and many of them would not stick. Not because the strategies were wrong, but because the energetics underneath were not being addressed.

AlchemE® gave me the framework for what I had always sensed but could not articulate. The reason some people thrive and others plateau is not about knowledge, effort, or discipline. It is about the amount and type of energy available to them. Change the energetics, and the strategies take care of themselves.

Today, I work with Seekers from all over the world, mostly via video call. I am a mother of three. I live in Los Angeles. And the restlessness I carried for so many years has transformed into something I can only describe as a quiet, steady flame. Not the absence of wanting more, but the presence of knowing how to access it.
