If you are reading this, there is a good chance you came to AlchemE® through NetworkSpinal®, or you came to NetworkSpinal through AlchemE. The two practices share a common lineage. Both were developed through the work of Donny Epstein and the EpiEnergetics® framework. But they do different things, and understanding the distinction can help you get the most from both.
What NetworkSpinal® Does
NetworkSpinal® is a chiropractic approach that works directly with the body and nervous system. Through gentle, precise contacts along the spine, a NetworkSpinal practitioner helps the nervous system reorganise from a state of stress and defence into a state of ease and coherence.
Over time, two unique waves develop in the body. The respiratory wave helps release stored tension and promotes relaxation. The Network Wave, a more complex organisational wave, helps the body reorganise at a higher level of function. Research conducted at the University of California has documented improvements in physical health, emotional wellbeing, stress response, and quality of life.
NetworkSpinal is physical. It works with the body. You lie on a table. The practitioner uses gentle touch. Something shifts in your spine, your breath, and your nervous system. Many people describe it as feeling more at home in their body afterward.
What AlchemE® Does
AlchemE® Mentoring works with the energetics of your whole life, across all four domains: health, relationships, business, and impact. It is conversational rather than physical. There is no table, no touch, no adjustments. Instead, the AlchemE Mentor® works with you to reveal the energetic recipes shaping your reality and to access the Creation's Codes® that allow those recipes to shift.
Where NetworkSpinal works with the body as a gateway to reorganisation, AlchemE works with your awareness as a gateway. Both are accessing the same self-organising intelligence. They are entering through different doors.
How They Complement Each Other
Many people find that NetworkSpinal opens something in their body that makes AlchemE more accessible. When the nervous system is reorganised and stress patterns are released, there is more energy available for the kind of awareness work that AlchemE involves. Conversely, when AlchemE shifts the energetic recipes in your life, the body often responds. People report physical changes, improved sleep, reduced tension, and a general sense of greater embodiment after FieldSpeak™ Interactives.
Think of it this way: NetworkSpinal clears the channel. AlchemE changes what flows through it. The body becomes a more coherent instrument for the life you are creating.
You do not need to do both. Each practice stands on its own. But if you are drawn to both, they work extraordinarily well together. The combination addresses the full spectrum, from the physical body to the energetic field, from stored tension to conscious creation.
Finding the Right Practitioners
NetworkSpinal is practised by trained Doctors of Chiropractic worldwide. If you are in the Los Angeles area, my husband Dr. Christopher George is a NetworkSpinal practitioner. For AlchemE Mentoring, you can work with any AlchemE Mentor®, and FieldSpeak™ Interactive sessions are conducted via video call so location is not a barrier.
If you are new to both and wondering where to start, there is no wrong answer. Some people begin with the body and move to the energetics. Others start with AlchemE and find their way to NetworkSpinal. Trust the pull.
