What Actually Happens in an AlchemE® Mentor Session?

If you've heard about AlchemE® Mentoring but aren't sure what it actually involves, you're not alone.

This work doesn't fit neatly into existing categories. It's not therapy. It's not coaching. It's not energy healing. It's a unique process that works with the energetics that influence your experience of the world, across health, relationships, business, and impact.

The most common question I receive is simply: what happens? So let me walk you through it.

Before the Session

After booking, you'll receive a brief questionnaire. This isn't homework. It's a way for us to begin tuning in to what's present in your life before we meet. The questions are simple, and there are no right or wrong answers.

Beyond that, there's no required preparation. No meditation practice, no reading, no spiritual background needed. You don't need to understand the framework intellectually to experience it. In fact, many of my most powerful sessions have been with people who came in with no prior knowledge of AlchemE or EpiEnergetics® at all. They simply felt drawn to something and followed that pull.

During the Session

We connect via live video call for 30 to 50 minutes. At first, it might feel like a normal conversation. We'll talk about what's present in your life, what's working, what's not, what you're curious about or frustrated by.

But it's not a normal conversation. As you talk, I'm actively listening for something specific: the energetic recipe underneath your words.

Every domain of life, health and body sense, relationships and intimacy, business and finances, impact on the world, has a characteristic energetic signature. It's the specific combination of energy, attention, and information that's creating your current experience in that area. I'm decoding what that signature is and what it's producing.

Together, we bring awareness to the specific patterns at work. This isn't me telling you what's "wrong" or prescribing what to do differently. It's a collaborative exploration where you begin to see the energetics for yourself. You start to notice the recipe that's been running, often for years, beneath your conscious awareness.

And when awareness meets energy, something shifts.

This is the part people describe as "magical." A palpable change in how you feel, how you see your situation, or what feels possible. It's not dramatic in the way you might expect. It's more like a fog lifting. Suddenly, what was confusing becomes clear. What felt stuck begins to move. What seemed impossible starts to feel natural.

After the Session

Many clients notice changes immediately. New clarity about a decision they'd been circling. A sense of lightness in their body. A shift in how they relate to a situation that had felt heavy or stuck. Conversations with partners or colleagues that suddenly flow differently. Opportunities that appear from unexpected places.

This isn't the result of effort or homework. There's nothing to practise after a session. The changes happen because the energetics have changed. When a source of energy is brought to a living system, it effortlessly and spontaneously self-organises the body, mind, spirit, energy field, and the world.

Some people notice the shifts within hours. Others notice them unfolding over the following days and weeks. The nature of the change depends on what was ready to move.

There's no programme, no package, and no pressure. Each session is complete in itself. Some people come once and get exactly what they needed. Others come back regularly because they enjoy the ongoing exploration. Both approaches are welcome.
