If you have landed on this page, chances are someone mentioned AlchemE® Mentoring to you, or you stumbled across the term and thought: what on earth is this? That is a fair question. AlchemE Mentoring does not fit neatly into any of the categories most people are familiar with. It is not therapy. It is not life coaching. It is not energy healing in the way that phrase is commonly used. And yet it touches something that all of those modalities are circling around.
AlchemE® Mentoring is a practice developed by Dr. Donny Epstein, the creator of EpiEnergetics® and the author of The Seeker's Code. It is built on a simple but radical premise: everything in your life, every relationship, every pattern, every experience, every outcome, exists with a characteristic energetic recipe. A specific combination of energy, information, and focused attention that produces a specific result.
Most approaches to change work at the level of behaviour, mindset, or emotion. They ask: what are you doing wrong, and how can you do it differently? AlchemE Mentoring asks a different question entirely. It asks: what is the energetic recipe that is creating this particular reality, and what happens when you become conscious of it?
How AlchemE® Mentoring Works
In a session, the AlchemE® Mentor listens deeply to how you describe the different domains of your life: your health and body sense, your relationships and intimacy, your business and finances, and your impact on the world. These four domains are central to the work. They are not separate compartments. Energy flows through all of them, and a pattern in one domain almost always shows up in the others.
As you speak about your life, the Mentor is listening for the energetic strategies underneath your words. Not what you are saying, but the energy behind what you are saying. Where is there depletion? Where is there coherence? Where are you running a recipe that once served you but no longer does?
The Mentor then works with you to bring awareness to these recipes. This is not an intellectual exercise. It is an experiential one. When you become conscious of the energetics at play, something shifts. Not because you forced it to shift, but because awareness itself changes the amount and type of energy available. The same self-organising intelligence that makes a seed become a flower, that heals a wound, that turns an egg and sperm into a human being, begins to reorganise your experience.
What AlchemE® Mentoring Is Not
It is not therapy. Therapy typically works with symptoms, diagnoses, and emotional processing. AlchemE does not diagnose or treat. If you have a clinical condition, please work with the appropriate healthcare professional.
It is not coaching. Coaching works with goals, accountability, strategies, and action plans. AlchemE does not give you a programme to follow or homework to complete. There is no 12-week curriculum.
It is not conventional energy healing. There is no laying on of hands, no chakra clearing, no channelling. The work is conversational and energetic, conducted through dialogue and awareness.
What it is, most simply, is the conscious use of energy and information to create the extraordinary. It works with what EpiEnergetics® calls Creation's Codes®, the self-organising patterns of life that are always available but often unconscious.
Who Is AlchemE® Mentoring For?
AlchemE Mentoring is for Seekers. In the language of The Seeker's Code, a Seeker is someone who knows there is more to life than the ordinary experience. You may have done extensive personal development work. You may have read the books, attended the retreats, built the routines. And you may have found that all of it helped, but none of it fully satisfied the hunger you feel for something you cannot quite name.
Seekers are not broken people looking to be fixed. They are people who sense that the next level of their life is not about doing more. It is about accessing something that has always been there but has not yet been consciously engaged.
What to Expect in a Session
Sessions typically run 30 to 50 minutes and are conducted via video call, so you can work with a Mentor from anywhere in the world. There is no physical touch involved. You will be asked to share what is present in your life across the four domains. The Mentor will listen, reflect, and guide you through an awareness process that reveals the energetic recipes operating behind the scenes.
People often describe the experience as a fog lifting. Not that someone gave them an answer, but that they suddenly saw something clearly that had been invisible before. The shift is immediate. What you do with that shift is up to you, and that is precisely the point. AlchemE Mentoring is about giving you access, not instructions.
